In this post, we will delve into the mysterious world of watercolour pencils to discover what they’re all about and see if they could be a viable tool for urban sketchers too. Watercolour pencils are basically colour pencils but they have the added benefit that they are water-soluble, so they are multifunctional – you can use them as either colour pencils or watercolour paint…two tools in one!
